How MOD works

Enter direct project hours, including allotted holiday hours, in Direct. Enter PTO, MOD use, and other paid non-billable time in PTO / other.

Holiday row accents mark scheduled days off. They do not add hours automatically; enter your allotted holiday hours in Direct.

Paid hours from both columns count toward your pay-period target. MOD accrues only when direct project hours exceed the period target.

MOD is allocated to hours above eight in a day first, then to regular hours if needed. Weekend hours count too.

Banked MOD displays as a negative number to match its timecard entry. Your typed work hours stay positive.

Tab moves between fields. Enter moves to the next day in the same column. Hours exist only in this tab and disappear when you leave or reload.

Changelog

Updated site to new theming. Underlying hour calculations remain the same as previous versions.

Changed the "Mod Time This Period" label to "MOD Accrued This Period" and display banked MOD as a negative number to match timecards.

Corrected MOD allocation for weekend hours. Hours above eight per day are allocated first, then regular hours if needed.
